    Contraindications:

    • Pregnant women, those with cardiac pacemakers or internal defibrillators, and individuals with infections or open wounds in the treatment area should not be treated with TruSculpt® Flex. Moreover, it should not be used over metal implants, electronic implants, time-released medical implants and superficially placed body contouring implants, malignant or benign tumors, dysplastic nevi or questionable pigmented lesions.

    What Is TruSculpt?

    Can TruSculpt Be Used On All Skin Types?

    TruSculpt is suitable for all types of skin, though it is prudent to consult your practitioner prior to use.

    How Long Does A Treatment Take?

    Typically, the duration of treatment with TruSculpt® Flex is short, usually clocking in at under an hour. Your physician will advise which areas can be effectively targeted.

    How Many Treatments Will There Be?

    Your practitioner will evaluate the area(s) you'd like to have treated and your outcome goals to determine the number of treatments needed. Usually, treatment sessions range from 2-4, spaced out every 4-8 weeks.

    What Do I Need To Do Before A Treatment?

    There is no special preparations needed before a treatment. Remove any jewelry or body piercings and remove makeup, lotions and excessive hair in the area prior to treatment.

    What Happens During The Treatment?

    Your practitioner will discuss with you the targeted body areas to be treated. After a short pre-treatment period, the TruSculpt Flex handpiece will deliver RF energy pulses to your skin, each lasting approximately 4 minutes. Then, the handpiece will be moved to an adjacent area to start the next pulse. The whole session typically lasts for one hour or less.

    What Does It Feel Like?

    TruSculpt is specifically engineered for comfort. Its design allows for the area to be heated to a tolerable temperature, adjustable by the practitioner according to individual comfort levels. No additional analgesia, anesthetics, gels, or cooling are required.

    Can I Return To Normal Activities After My Treatment?

    Patients can generally return to day-to-day activities straight away, due to the non-invasive nature of the procedure. It is not uncommon for people to be able to go back to work promptly after the session.

    Is TruSculpt Safe? Is It Painful? Are There Side Effects?

    The truSculpt system is engineered to deliver a secure and comfortable experience. Typically, there is no need for a recovery period after the treatment though patients may experience a minor sensation of unease. Possible side effects include skin redness, perspiration, and tenderness in the treated areas. This typically subsides within a few hours, but it may last several days to a few weeks. When you meet with your practitioner for consultation, they will further discuss the possible effects of the treatment before, during, and after.

    Returns Policy

    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

    If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

    We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
